An extrusion line runs only as well as its operator has been trained on it.

IDE offer training seminars in German for customer staff twice a year, in April and in September. In co-operation with external instructors, we offer maximum 15 participants per seminar a 3-day training programme.

Some of the topics are:

  • The origin and characteristics of the most important Thermoplastics
  • Machine and tooling technology for profile extrusion
  • Preventative maintenance for extrusion lines and tooling systems

Workshops and practical demonstrations in our testhouse are an integral part of our training seminar.
